These terms govern your use of BRUX ("BRUX," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
BRUX is an async LinkedIn ghostwriting service for keynote speakers. We draft posts in your voice based on the source folder you send (photos, videos of past talks, article links, transcripts, voice notes, written ideas) and deliver them through Google Docs. You approve the drafts and we publish them through LinkedIn's official OAuth flow after you sign in once. The flow is the same secure authorization used by Buffer, Hypefury, and other LinkedIn-approved publishing tools. There is no free trial. The fastest way to test our work is the free LinkedIn profile audit.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Content and Content + Video tiers include a refund window that covers the first content week. If your first content week does not sound like you, you have two options:
After the first content week, no refund is offered, but unlimited revisions continue for as long as you are an active client.
The Profile tier is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund in full.
Content and Content + Video are not recurring subscriptions. Each month is its own service. At the end of each month, you decide whether to renew for the following month. No auto-billing, no commitment, no minimum term.
To renew or not, simply email hello@brux.site by the end of your current month. If you do not renew, work pauses at the end of the paid month.

Once a draft is delivered to you, the content is yours. You can publish, edit, or repurpose it freely. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated patterns from our work to improve our service, but we will not share your specific drafts or identify you without your written permission.
You retain ownership of the material you provide to us. You give us a limited license to use that material to draft your posts, and to anonymize or aggregate insights from it for service improvement.
We commit to the delivery cadence described in your tier: 8 posts per month on Content and Content + Video, plus 4 short videos per month on Content + Video. We do not guarantee specific engagement, follower growth, or business outcomes. LinkedIn's algorithm is outside our control. We do not log into your LinkedIn account, ever.
We may terminate your subscription if:
If we terminate for cause, no refund is offered.
The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes (more gigs, higher fees, follower counts). Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
If you have a complaint, email hello@brux.site first. Most issues resolve within a few days. If we can't resolve it informally, any legal dispute will be handled in the jurisdiction where BRUX is registered.
If we change these terms in a material way, we will email active subscribers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
